Rumor has it, that soon the social linking giant is to release a version of Facebook much like a competitor to Twitter!!!  Looks to be like Facebook has landed a subdomain of lite.facebook.com which seemed to be launched before the project was complete.  The site was only up for a few hours and looks like Facebook but with these exeptions…

Just basic profile showing, no bookmark/notification bar on the bottom, and just shows a streaming list of updates.

REALLY!!!  Like we need anymore of these gay viral sites where people are spending more time on their Twitter or Facebook!   Im waiting for the day that somebody kills someone in an accident and says I was updating my Facebook Lite or Twitter!  Stupid fuckin people.
